Miss Blight is part of the townsfolk obsessing over their vegetables for the upcoming competition held at Tottington Hall. She has only one speaking line where she complains that her garden was ruined by the Were-Rabbit and makes sporadic appearances throughout the film, at one point holding a blunderbuss for Victor Quartermaine while he tries to take the Golden Carrot from Lady Campanula Tottington.
She appears on the 2005 video game, where it is shown that she runs the Grand Pavilion Arcade. She is also related to Bob Blight and Betty Blight.In the game manual, she is described as not very bright and is fond of growing potatoes (ironic since her last name is a disease that affects potato plants).
